Library warehouse to be turned into flats
Planning permission has been granted for 31 new apartments on the former library warehouse site in Goldlay Gardens, Chelmsford.The site, owned by Essex County Council, previously provided the headquarters and warehousing for the Essex Library Service.The planning permission granted to the county council will see the site developed with 31 new one and two-bedroom apartments.
