Lloyds Bank backing for holiday resort
New holiday homes have been developed at a Somerset resort after the business secured a £695,000 investment from Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking.Holiday Resort Unity, which is part of Brean Leisure Park, was established in 1946 and operates a holiday and leisure park on a 250-acre site at Brean Sands near Burnham-On-Sea. Facilities include a theme park, water-park, golf course and indoor play area.The business has committed to reinvesting into its facilities following a rise in demand and now boasts a 150-strong fleet of caravan holiday homes.The hire purchase facility from Lloyds Bank has funded 35 new holiday homes.Holiday Resort Unity has an annual turnover of £17m and employs 275 members of staff during its peak season.
