Lodge Park Homes Secures Funding to Support Housing Scheme
Northampton-based property developer Lodge Park Homes has secured a £14.3m finance package to support a housing scheme in Corby.The funding from Paragon Development Finance has assisted the purchase of land on London Road and the subsequent development of 87 houses.The Priors Hall Park housing scheme will consist of 36 two-bed, 46 three-bed and five four-bed homes, offering a range of terraced, semi-detached and detached properties.This is Paragon’s ninth deal with the company, which was formed in 1998 and has more than 40 employees.The deal was led on behalf of the bank by relationship director Adrian Reeves, with support from portfolio manager Bonnie McClosky.
