Luxury homes planned for former chicken farm
Housebuilder Duchy Homes has revealed plans to redevelop a former chicken farm in Warwickshire into an executive housing scheme.Situated in Tanworth-in-Arden, the four acres of land at Cank Farm have now been acquired by the housebuilder which, subject to reserved matters planning approval, proposes to build 18 new homes.Home to notable historic buildings such as the 14th-century Church of St Mary Magdalene and The Bell Inn public house, Tanworth-in-Arden is surrounded by countryside and Duchy Homes said it aims to develop aspirational new homes in the village.Construction works are planned to start on site early next year with sales expected to open in summer 2019.
