Luxury Milton Keynes hotel development gets £22m funding
The developer of a new hotel in Milton Keynes – which could become one of the tallest buildings in the town – has secured £22m. Shoosmiths advised on the transaction.Hotel La Tour is planning a four-star venue comprising 261 bedrooms, ten conference suites, a rooftop bar and restaurant and a gym.The company was advised by banking partner Liz Sweeney on the development finance deal with associate Chantelle Dabek, as well as real estate partner James Needham and solicitor Iyanu Onalaja on the hotel site’s leasehold. Hotel La Tour is set to open in 2022.
