Major £21m college project on track for autumn finish
The redevelopment of Coleg Cambria’s Yale Campus in North Wales is set to complete this autumn with the support of Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking and the Welsh Government.Construction of the 96,000 sq ft scheme is on course to finish in November, as the £21m development prepares to welcome students in the new academic year.The project, supported by the Welsh Government and a £7m funding facility from Lloyds Bank, forms part of a wider £60m investment programme across the college’s property portfolio in Wrexham and Deeside.The campus overhaul is set to benefit Coleg Cambria’s 20,000-strong student populace.
