An industrial and distribution facility of more than 100,000 sq ft at North Derbyshire’s Markham Vale development has been brought to market.Commercial property agents Knight Frank and CPP have been appointed to secure a new occupier for the unit, which is partially racked and has a multi-tier mezzanine floor.The site, fronting directly onto the M1 motorway at Junction 29a, extends to 102,515 sq ft.Rebecca Schofield, partner at Knight Frank and head of the Yorkshire industrial team, said: “Given the strategic location immediately adjacent to Junction 29a, the site is easily accessible to the South Yorkshire and East Midlands regions, with direct connectivity to the M1 and subsequently the M18, A38 and further afield.”It is directly visible from the M1 at J29a and is ready for immediate occupation having the benefit of extensive fit-out, being partly racked which could be further extended and a multi-tier mezzanine arranged over three levels which can be removed if not required.
