Major mixed-use scheme hits the market
A major new mixed-use industrial development which is part of a £1bn plan to transform a Northamptonshire town has been put on the market.Station Island is part of the Stanton Cross scheme town which will create more than 3,000 new jobs, open up in excess of 1.5 million sq ft of commercial space and see the building of 3,750 homes and community facilities.Bromwich Hardy is marketing the site jointly with Drake Commercial for Vistry Homes.Outline planning permission has already been granted.
