Major warehouse snapped up
A major new base in Derbyshire has been snapped up by a warehousing and logistics company.The 141,459 sq ft building in Swadlincote has been acquired by Jenkins.The business has agreed a five-year lease on the unit, called Tetron 141, with landlord Aberdeen Standard Investments. The rent is undisclosed.Tetron 141, on William Nadin Way, comprises 132,865 sq ft of warehouse space and 8,594 sq ft of office accommodation, plus 95 car parking spaces.CBRE’s Melissa Wase-Rogers and Craig Herrick advised Jenkins on the letting. JLL and Knight Frank acted on behalf of the landlord.
