Maryhill Housing Association submits new flats plan
Maryhill Housing Association has submitted a planning application for 65 flats.The development on Maryhill Road, Whitelaw Street and Cowal Road is part of £15.3 million spend on 105 new homes for the area.Designed by Elder and Cannon Architects, the properties will include some mid-market rent units as well as low-cost ownership housing.Bryony Willett, chief executive of Maryhill Housing Association, said the new proposal will provide a “new landmark” for the area.
