MAST Architects submits plans for 20 new homes on behalf of CunninghameMAST Architects has submitted plans to North Ayrshire Council for 20 new homes in Stevenson on behalf of Cunninghame Housing Association.Comprising of homes for affordable rent, the project proposes a mix of 2 and 3-bed homes, all designed to Housing for Varying Needs standards, on a longstanding gap site formerly occupied by Ardeer Primary School.The design incorporates a mix of brick, render and cladding details with chimney features introduced as a response to the local context.In a LinkedIn post, MAST Architects said: “We are looking forward to progressing to a site start in 2023 alongside our design team partners TCS Construction Consultants, Cowal Design Consultants Limited and MBLA design Ltd.”
