Masterplan unveiled for Port Loop scheme
Developers behind Birmingham’s Port Loop scheme have unveiled the site-wide masterplan.The new masterplan CGI shows how the Icknield Port Loop area could be transformed into a new waterside neighbourhood.The project is being led by the joint venture between regeneration company Urban Splash and property and leisure management business Places for People.The joint venture is working on the masterplan with Canal & River Trust and Birmingham City Council to deliver 1,150 new homes.
