Mid-market rent investment to deliver 1000 new homes
Housing minister Kevin Stewart has announced a multi-million pound investment in a mid-market rent scheme that will deliver 1000 new homes across Scotland.A loan of £47.5 million, which is one of the largest long-term loans provided to an affordable housing fund by the Scottish Government, will be given to PfP Capital, which is part of the regeneration group Places for People (PfP). The fund will be used to build mid-market rent homes across the country.
