Milestone hit on Milton Ham industrial development
Commercial real estate investor Firethorn Trust has hit a milestone on the development of an industrial scheme in Milton Ham.Northampton Cross is expected to provide 354,000 sq ft of logistics space and attract and range of occupiers.Firethorn Trust has now completed the erection of the structural steelwork on the 37-acre site.The scheme is set for completion in summer 2021.
