Our proposals include opportunities for first time buyers and local families looking to move into bigger properties the chance to purchase modern and sustainable homes in the area.”Our proposals, which include plans for 337 new homes, have been carefully considered and have accounted for many different factors in the development process. Miller Homes have taken great care to ensure that its designs are in-keeping with the character of Rainford, benefitting existing and new neighbours alike whilst creating a natural extension to the existing residential area in the south of the village.”We have designed this online public consultation to ensure that the local community has the opportunity to find out more about our plans, ask questions and submit feedback – we need your input to evolve the plans before we finalise the designs and submit a planning application.”Plans will be consulted on until Monday 6 June 2022.Miller said it will submit its detailed planning application to St Helens Council in July 2022.
