Milton Keynes development site brought to market
Property consultancy Kirkby Diamond has launched the sale of a site in Milton Keynes with outline planning permission for 120 new homes. The 8.7-acre Wavendon Lodge green field development site is situated at the eastern end of the Milton Keynes strategic land allocation (SLA), which is currently being developed.Being sold on behalf of the landowner, the site has permission for a development comprised of a mixture of houses and apartments, with the affordable housing requirement being 30 per cent. Kirkby Diamond operates from offices in Milton Keynes, Luton and Bedford.
