Mixed-use plans set for vote
A mixed-use scheme which would support 160 jobs in Stafford could be voted through today.Webb Plant Group is seeking the go-ahead for the development on Beason Business Park which would total 104,926 sq ft.Stafford Borough Council’s planning committee is due to vote on the application, which has been recommended for approval, later today.If the go-ahead is granted, 140 full-time and 20 part-time jobs while the scheme also includes provision for 149 car parking spaces and 50 for light good vehicles.The site would have permission to feature assembly workshops, storage and the hire of plant and commercial vehicles.
