Moda Living reveals plans for Sheffield BTR development
Moda Living has revealed plans for its first build-to-rent (BTR) development in Sheffield.The rental living developer and operator has acquired a site with planning permission for a 26-storey building comprising 410 units, ranging from studios to three-bedroom homes.The proposed Milton Street development would also include a host of amenities including a gym and resident lounges as well as 2,600 sq ft of commercial space for retail use.With a GDV of £136m, the scheme would provide new homes with a centralised amenity provision and flexible spaces in a low- to mid-rise built form.
