Modified plans in for Cardiff Bay development
New plans for a multimillion-pound investment in Cardiff Bay by the Royal Navy have been submitted by Associated British Ports (ABP).The modified plans are for a Royal Navy building on land near Roath Dock which will house reservists and a training facility.It follows initial planning consent and a tendering process by construction companies.The pre-application consultation will review the changes for this important waterfront site in Cardiff Bay.The project will be delivered on behalf of the Royal Navy by the Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association (RFCA) for Wales in partnership with Associated British Ports (ABP), which has agreed a long-term lease on the location.
