More than 300 Kent homes given nod
Plans to build more than 300 homes to the south east of Maidstone in Kent have received the green light.Redrow Homes has earmarked a parcel of land at Bicknor Farm in Langley for the scheme, with the site allocated for up to 335 properties under the local plan.Redrow’s proposal is set to provide 302 homes, comprising a mixture of detached, semi-detached, and terraced houses, along with a number of apartment blocks.Houses will be two storeys in height with the apartment blocks at three storeys, while 30 per cent of the scheme is allocated as affordable housing.
