Morgan Sindall appointed to £650m project
Construction and infrastructure company Morgan Sindall has been appointed to a project with an estimated gross development value of £650m.The listed company, which is headquartered in Rugby, has won the contract for the North West Quadrant development in Slough.The project is part of the Slough Urban Renewal scheme, an existing joint venture regeneration partnership between Slough Borough Council and the group’s investments division.It is expected to bring forward plans to provide 1,400 new homes across a range of tenures, more than 250,000 sq ft of commercial space, 45,000 sq ft of ancillary leisure and retail, alongside 150,000 sq ft of cultural facilities and extensive public realm.
