Moss Lane Industrial Estate to expand with new units
A number of commercial units are to be built at Moss Lane Industrial Estate after proposals secured the green light.Howarth Brothers is behind the application, which proposes five sites measuring 2,000 sq ft each. They will all have two car parking spaces each, with eight additional ones being shared.A planning statement submitted to Oldham Council earlier this year noted that the proposed uses of the five were “fully compliant” with the authority’s planning policy of creating jobs and supporting the local economy. The application has been approved on the back of a recommendation to do so. A date for work starting has not been given.
