MTM appointed main contractor at latest Knight Property Group development
Knight Property Group is continuing its speculative development programme across the north east of Scotland, with construction works commencing on a 0.44-acre plot in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.The site is adjacent to the forthcoming Wickes store, currently being developed by Knight.MTM Construction has been appointed as main contractor for the upcoming development project on Exploration Way. The anticipated construction timeline spans four months, with a targeted completion of June 2024.Extending to 4,411 sq ft and offering 12 car parking spaces, the unit is said to boast a ‘high specification’ design, featuring a steel portal frame construction, ‘high-performance’ cladding, electric roller doors, and a concrete yard.Dan Mitchell of Knight Property Group said, |”We are pleased to sustain our speculative development initiatives across the north east and central belt of Scotland.
