Naismiths appointed to 200-home Bath scheme
Property and construction consultancy Naismiths has been appointed to work on the development of more than 200 homes on a former Ministry of Defence (MoD) site in Bath.The company has been instructed by West-based Hardrock Developments to provide project management and quantity surveying services for the initial 71,910 sq ft phase one of the scheme.Demolition of the MoD buildings at Warminster Road began in March 2016 and enabling works are continuing on site. The first phase of 61 homes is expected to reach practical completion later in 2017.The developed has been designed by architect Robert Adam and will feature a mix of terraced houses, villas and apartments.
