Name revealed for new St Athan industrial site
The name for Welsh Government’s new industrial site in St Athan, next to the new Aston Martin facility, has been revealed.Plans for the site were revealed by Insider last week, with document submitted to Vale of Glamorgan Council on behalf of Welsh Government.The 20-acre plot, which is currently known as ‘Keithrow’ and sits between the Aston Martin Lagonda site and the St Athan Aerospace Business Park, will be renamed Bro Tathan Business Park.The site has a ready-to-use commercial airfield on site, close proximity to the international airport and to the Welsh capital, Cardiff.Bro Tathan was named after the Celtic saint who founded a church in the area in the 14 Century.Property agent Savills has been appointed to market the development.
