Naylors appointed to Sunderlands Vaux scheme
Tenants are being sought for the proposed 590,000 sq ft Vaux scheme in Sunderland, with Naylors appointed to the project.The Wearside scheme will comprise office, retail, residential and leisure space across 19 separate buildings, including a 60,000 sq ft property looking out across the Keel Line.Feilden Clegg Bradley has designed phase one of the development, with Faulkner Brown having worked on the latter phases.Sunderland City Council granted outline planning permission for Siglion’s former Vaux site masterplan in April.
