Nearly 30 new houses will be built behind primary school
Nearly 30 homes are to be built behind a primary school after planning was approved.A planning application was approved for 27 houses to be built on the land behind Eburne Primary School in Deedmore Road.The application represents Phase II of the comprehensive redevelopment of the wider site, following the granting of outline planning permission for up to 52 dwellings on part of the site in March 2016, with the subsequent reserved matters obtaining approval in March 2017.The homes will be affordable housing, made up of two and three bed homes.There will also be 33 parking spaces created for the houses.
