Network Space lines up latest Mere Grange development
Commercial property developer Network Space is to build a 51,000 sq ft facility at Mere Grange in St Helens.The site is being developed for an unnamed inward investing firm , with the opportunity having been secured against competing sites in Warrington and Wigan.The unit will be occupied on a long-term lease, with construction expected to start on site in the summer following completion of Network Space’s four new speculative industrial/warehouse facilities, which total 90,000 sq ft.
