New business park proposals revealed
The owner of a historic clay roof tile manufacturing company has revealed plans to build a new business park in Dudley.Hinton Perry & Davenhill, which is behind Dreadnought Tiles, has teamed up with Antringham Developments for the proposed scheme in Pensnett.Dreadnought Business Park would comprise either three units of between 11,000 sq ft and 16,725 sq ft or one unit of 40,000 sq ft on the 2.4-acre site.The units would be offered on a ‘Build to Suit’ basis and will be suitable for a range of commercial uses, including industrial, storage and distribution.The proposed development would be constructed on land in Dreadnought Road.Property consultants CBRE have been instructed to market the development.
