New cinema approved for Wolverhampton
The green light has been given to open a new cinema in Wolverhampton.The owner of Wulfrun Shopping Centre, commercial property and investment company LCP, is behind the planning application for a three-auditorium cinema which has been approved by the city council.The application sought to change the use and layout of unit 74-78 within the centre to include three auditoria, seating 164, 97 and 87 seats, plus 1,850 sq ft allocated for restaurant/food.LCP added that as part of the proposals the external frontage to Cleveland Street will be enhanced.
