New housing scheme earmarked after land deal
The site of The Old Foundry in a Leicestershire town has been earmarked for a new housing development after a land deal was completed.Acting on behalf of Lunette Properties, NG Chartered Surveyors finalised the sale of the site in Scotlands Road in Coalville to Westleigh PartnershipsThe land has been vacant for a number of years and has now been earmarked for redevelopment to provide 14 new affordable homes.Westleigh, which was recently acquired by Countryside Properties, was selected as the preferred purchaser after a period of marketing in 2017.
