New lease of life lined up for Lancaster unit
A commercial unit in Lancaster could soon be set for a new lease of life.The application is lined up for a site on Owen Road below a residential development.Proposed is transforming the vacant unit into a dog grooming salon in a bid to bring it back into use.Lancaster City Council is set to decide on the plans next week, with its planning committee recommended to approve the scheme on 1 March.
