New local plan lodged for Rushcliffe
Rushcliffe Borough Council has submitted a local plan which could support the construction of 2,700 new homes over the next decade.The blueprint could lead to new housing developments in Bunny, Cotgrave, Cropwell Bishop, East Bridgford, Gotham, Keyworth, Radcliffe-on-Trent, Ruddington and Sutton Bonington.It also includes policies and proposals for green belt land, employment, retail and open spaces and nature conservation.The government requires the borough of Rushcliffe to build 13,150 new homes by 2018.
