New site tipped to boost Aberdeen city centre living

Affordable housing specialist Swan Group has acquired offices at Exchequer House in Aberdeen city centre for residential development.Previously used as commercial offices, the four floors above the currently occupied ground floor have planning permission for a 37-unit development.Swan Group said the new homes will help pave the way for improved city centre living.
