North East Property Fund invests in new homes
The site of a former garage in Houghton-le-Spring is to be transformed into 14 new homes thanks to a £750,000 investment by FW Capital, which manages the North East Property Fund.W&D Christie Developments secured the loan to enable the construction of 14 three-bedroom, semi-detached houses on Coxgreen Road in New Penshaw.Various measures have been taken in the design of the homes to improve energy efficiency, including the use of Flitcraft zero-carbon timber frames.
