Nottinghamshire village earmarked for new homes
A Nottinghamshire village has been earmarked for the construction of more than 100 homes.Persimmon Homes has submitted plans to build 124 properties on 13.9 acres of agricultural land at Fackley Road in Teversal, Sutton in Ashfield.The scheme provides a range of house types between one and four bedrooms, ten per cent of which would be allocated as affordable housing.All homes include at least two car parking spaces with larger properties having three.
