nwyl granted consent for more Northop Hall housing
Anwyl Homes has secured planning consent for the next phase of housing at its Parc St Mary’s development in Northop Hall, Deeside.The housebuilder will construct an additional 25 properties on a 1.9-acre plot of land that borders its existing development.The new scheme will comprise a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses.As part of the planning agreement, Anwyl Homes will make Section 106 contributions, including £73,876 to Hawarden High School to help with the cost of new hard standing for the games area and tennis courts, £27,500 to cover the cost of a multi-use games area at Llys Ben Recreation Ground and £46,250 towards off-site Great Crested Newt migration measures.
