Offers sought for Liverpool development
Offers are being invited for two Liverpool city centre developments.The Landwood Group is behind the sales of Baltic House and Pall Mall, which are being offered on behalf of the joint LPA receivers who were recently appointed over the pair.Baltic House comprises a part-built mixed-use development which was being completed in line with a planning application for 150 student apartments with commercial units, communal areas and service areas.Pall Mall consists of a site with planning permission for a four-18-storey scheme. Some works have already been undertaken in relation to demolition of the old buildings and the erection of a concrete frame.
