Oldham Council and Foxdenton LLP are to deliver a £100 million joint venture regeneration scheme in Foxdenton.Up to 500 new homes will be built alongside up to 700,000 sq. ft. of employment space within a premium business park.The scheme is predicted to create 2,000 jobs and to provide a £5.4 million annual boost to the local retail economy from new resident spending.Essential infrastructure will be delivered ahead of any other development and will include a new link road connecting the A663 and B6189, with work set to begin in May 2017, lasting approximately 74 weeks.
