Over 120 New Social Homes To Be Built In North Belfast
Over 120 new homes are to be built in Upper New Lodge in north Belfast as part of a £37 million housing regeneration project, Communities Minister Deirdre Hargey has announced.This project will see the redevelopment of an area between Hillman Street and Stratheden Street. It will result in the construction of 123 new social homes. As part of the ambitious scheme, the Housing Executive will remove properties that have deteriorated for many years, to make way for new, high quality homes.
