P4 Planning submits Warrington care home proposals
P4 Planning has submitted an application for additional extra care accommodation at The Old Rectory Nursing Home in Warrington.The development would accommodate 32 beds to the rear of the existing site, which lies within designated Green Belt.The plans – brought forward on behalf of Orncare – have been deigned to help meet the critical need for extra care accommodation and help safeguard the future of The Old Rectory.Upon completion, the facility would comprise 70 beds.The project team includes P4 Planning, Fluid Architectural Design, SK Transport Planning and Garry Miller Historic Building Consultancy.
