Pallet management company plans new HQ after acquiring land
A pallet supply and recovery company has acquired a five-acre plot of land at Durham Lane Industrial Park in Teesside, with plans to build a new industrial facility at the site.Returnable Packaging Services (RPS) acquired the site for an undisclosed sum and now intends to move from its current headquarters in Maltby.The deal was brokered by Leeds-based property consultancy Dove Haigh Phillips (DHP). Durham Lane, which is currently zoned for industrial and warehousing development, is owned by property investment company Hansteen Holdings.
