Persimmon acquires land for East Yorkshire development
Persimmon Homes has completed the purchase of land in East Yorkshire for a new housing development.The housebuilder is set to construct 51 homes on the site in Anlaby as part of the final phase of a wider housing development included in the adopted Local Plan of East Riding of Yorkshire Council.Properties will range from one to four bedrooms, with 13 homes to be handed over to a housing association.The scheme includes significant public open space and an on-site play area.Persimmon Homes will also contribute more than £100,000 to local sports facilities and more than £80,000 to fund extra places at nearby schools.
