Persimmon Homes to build 242 properties on site of former energy plant in Wolverhampton
Persimmon Homes has been given the green light to build more than 240 homes on the site of a former energy plant in Wolverhampton.The West Midlands developer is expected to start work on the 242 two, three and four-bedroomed properties at the Elam Energy Plant in Ettingshall in April.Work on the infrastructure of the site is now underway and piling work will also begin in the next few weeks.
