Persimmon secures approval in Towcester
An application to build more than 200 homes in Towcester has secured the green light, just months after South Northamptonshire Council (SNC) gave the thumbs up to almost 250 more in the area.Permission Homes has secured approval to construct 201 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom properties on land at Towcester Vale, near Silverstone. In July, Bloor Homes South Midlands received permission for 246 units.The two schemes form part of wider plans to build 2,750 houses in the area, which will also include a new relief road connecting the A5 south and A43, two primary schools, new local centres and leisure facilities.The overall masterplan was granted outline planning consent in March 2015.
