Perth and Kinross Council approves Glenisla Golf Course homes
The next phase of a major housing development at Glenisla golf course has been unanimously approved by Perth and Kinross Council (PKC).PKC’s planning and development management committee met on Wednesday to discuss the plans.Councillors were recommended to approve phases two and three which will see 55 bungalows and 51 associated garages erected on land 200 metres north of Pitcrocknie Farmhouse, Alyth.The houses will add to a care home and house and business units that have already been developed by Glenisla Developments Ltd in phases one and two.To date 20 houses and the three business units have been completed, The Perthshire Advertiser reports.Construction work on the care home is still progressing and is due to be completed and ready for opening in autumn 2021.The committee unanimously approved the application.
