Pipehouse Wharf sale agreed
Up to 150 homes could be built on a site on Swansea’s riverside after a sale of Pipehouse Wharf depot was agreed.Swansea Council will now start detailed discussions with Coastal Housing Group after agreeing to conditionally sell the 4.33-acre River Tawe corridor site.Coastal Housing Group proposals include the construction of a mixture of accommodation to address the housing needs of the area, as well as a selection of affordable housing properties.The council staff based at Pipehouse Wharf are being kept updated and relocation options to other premises are now being explored.
