A pipeline has been launched for 3167_19 Help to Live at Home Supplementary FrameworkThe contract start Date is 01 April 2019. Approach to market date is 26 October 2018.Please note this is a Prior Information Notice and tender documentation is not available yet.Leicestershire County Council, West Leicestershire Clinical Commissioning Group and East Leicestershire and Rutland Clinical Commissioning Group wish to put in place a supplementary framework for home-based care and support services to meet the health and social care needs of Service Users across the county of Leicestershire, which cannot otherwise be met by the Lead Providers. Service Users will be individuals aged 18or over who have been assessed as eligible to receive services commissioned either through the local authority or assessed by health under continuing healthcare. This framework is designed with both SMEs and larger organisations in mind.The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 12 months.
