Pipeline Framework: 343_17 Energy Performance of Buildings: Surveying, Assessment and Certification

A pipeline has been launched for 343_17 Energy Performance of Buildings: Surveying, Assessment and CertificationThe contract start Date is 01 July 2017. Approach to market date is 29 March 2017.To establish a multi supplier framework with national coverage offering Energy Assessment Services to meet the requirements of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive, as well as energy surveying in general, to ensure customers are fully compliant with the legislation. The framework is split into five Lots that reflect the provisions of the Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates & Inspections) Regulations 2013 including any further applicable amendment and relevant regulations, along with other relevant services.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
