A pipeline has been launched for Advance Notification of Home Office Funding for Serious and Organised Crime ‘Prevent’ Projects and Instructions on how to Register.The contract start Date is 15 June 2018. Approach to market date is 26 April 2018.SUBJECT: ADVANCE NOTIFICATION OF HOME OFFICE FUNDING FOR SERIOUS AND ORGANISED CRIME ‘PREVENT’ PROJECTS AND INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REGISTERThe Strategic Centre for Organised Crime in the Home Office will shortly be seeking bids within England and Wales for a small amount of 1-year only grant funding to run serious and organised crime (SOC) Prevent pilot interventions/projects. These will run for approximately 10 months from May/June 2018-March 2019. The aims or outcomes of the intervention/project should help to stop vulnerable individuals from involvement in serious and organised crime offending. Cyber crime is excluded from consideration due to its separate programme of funding. The bidding round will open on the 9th of March 2018. In preparation interested parties are invited to register via the online E-sourcing suite. Once the competition is live we will invite you to download the bid documents.REGISTERING AND SUBMITTING PROPOSALSIt will take you time to register so please allow a few days to do this, and to familiarise yourself with the system.
